Protecting The Rainforest

Cool Earth is a charity that protects endangered rainforest to combat global warming, protect ecosystems and provide sustainable jobs for local people. Cool Earth’s mission is to fight climate change head-on by protecting endangered rainforest, which play a vital role in the global climate by absorbing carbon. More than 100 tonnes of carbon are locked up in each acre of rainforest and we are committed to saving 2 acres (per year) of mature rainforest - which equates to keeping 260 tonnes of CO2 safely locked up.

Keeping It Simple

Apple Computers
“I’m a PC”. What’s that about? As designers and developers we only ever work with Apple computers.

Paperless and Carbonless Office
This year we decided our office had to be changed over to a paperless one. On that rare occasion when the odd email needs printing we make sure to use paper from a recycled source.

Recycling Programs
We now have an in-house recycling drive in place. All plastics, glass, food waste and paper are recycled.

Offsetting Our Site And Mobiles
As part of our eco drive we have offset our sites carbon emmisions with coco2.org. Not only have they allowed us to offset our sites carbon footprint we’ve also been able to offset our mobiles too.
