Imagine you're lost in a massive desert, hundreds of miles from civilisation, driving a car even your gran would be embarrased by. One of your wheels just fell off and a search for tools turns up a dirty sock and two dried apricots.
This is what the Mongol Rally is about. Getting stuck, lost and in trouble, then finding your way out armed with just your wits and the sock and apricots.
Two, ordinary guys from the unassuming town of Andover are embarking on this journey in just 11 days time. With a previously 'Gold' Hyundai Accent now painted in the glorious Brawn GP colours the vehicle of choice wouldn't win many stages in the WRC, so the odds are stacked against the beast on it's 10,000 mile trip over mountains, deserts and some of the most remote, challenging terrain on the planet.

Now adorned with our logo as a team sponsor we ask all our readers and fellow agencies to dig deep and help these guys raise even more funds for Cancer Research UK. Visit the teams Just Giving page to top up the sponsorship money http://www.justgiving.com/Alex-Ian to help a great cause and to give the boys even more incentive to reach the finishing line.
