Challange
After spending hours formatting PDF proposals for new business, we wondered if there was a better way? With several well-established platforms on the market already it was apparent early on that none of these proposal systems ticked all of the boxes we were looking for – beautifully designed proposals, that were quick to set-up, with instant payments. It didn’t take long to realise we could build our own sustainable system that our clients and other businesses could benefit from.
Templates
Creating proposals from scratch is a waste of everyone’s valuable time. That’s why we introduced the ability to create time-saving templates. Templates allow sales teams to create an unlimited number of pre-populated templates and use these as the foundation for every new proposal at the click of a button.
Email options
With flexible email options, teams can send emails and reminders at every stage of the sale from the first contact to the final payment request, as well as support for tracking when proposals are opened and signed. Teams can also set automatic reminders with follow-up emails if a ptoential client hasn’t opened a link yet.
Sign off
Sign deals quicker by making things easy for clients to approve a project online. With our digital signature and date stamp tool, clients can sign off on a deal in the browser on any device.
Payments
Get paid instantly with Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer payment options. Set-up payment stages for every project or take a lump sum, either way; you get paid by your client as soon as they sign a proposal.
