    We like our team to have a life outside of work so our standard working hours are 8 am till 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8 am till 2:30 pm on Friday’s. You can even choose your start and finishing time so long as the work gets done.

  • Hate ‘late’?

    From time to time, you may be called on to put in a few extra hours to hit a deadline, but living a happy and balanced life is our number one rule. We hate working late and understand there’s a life away from a screen.

  • Sun, sea, sand

    As well as bank holidays we give you 25 days holiday as standard, plus at least 5 days off when when we close the office between Christmas and New Year. That’s a healthy 38 days holiday to give everyone time to re-charge those batteries and to get those creative juices flowing again.

  • The little extras

    We reward all our team with a pension scheme, dental cover, competitive salaries, an annual self-development budget, MacBooks and kit, annual birthday team outings, and for the foodies a monthly first-Tuesday breakfast meet-up. We even pay your mobile phone bill.

  • Remote ‘ish’

    We have an amazing, bright, spacious studio which is a space for collaboration and creating awesome work. Still, we also realise the impact travel has on our lives and the environment. That’s why we insist everyone works from home on Monday and Friday.
