Overview

After the launch of our successful Proposal System, we started to look at how we could improve the contact a customer experiences after signing a deal. A place where customer service teams could communicate with their clients and update them at every stage of a project.

Easy to navigate, easy to re-skin, and easy to use across any device or screen size, our client portal has been designed by our creative team to ensure a flexible way to create, track and manage every step of a project. Companies can brand their system to match their identity, so it instantly becomes theirs by applying their brand colours, fonts, logo and design touches to each template and page.

To successfully deliver projects, customer service teams need to be on the ball, with excellent communication, clear goals and a well-managed timeline. Emails and phone calls are great, but they don’t visualise everything in one place. We wanted to create a platform where everyone involved on a project could view projects running in their company, communicate with clients, share files and key dates, on a system that looks on brand and is easy to manage.

The client portal system gives companies some powerful tools. We’ve built-in functionality to give brands the ability to set-up every step of a project with files and content, date pickers for each step – including auto timeline adjustment tools, private tasks that can be dropped into the project that clients cannot see, and send email prompts to clients with project updates to name just a few.

The client gets their own personal log in to monitor timelines of their project, leave comments, get access to files, and when they are ready to approve a stage rate how they felt the team performed, and digitally sign off on the work.

Notifications

Teams can send email notifications and reminders to clients at every stage of the project from the first to the final step. The systems notification centre keeps track of these for every project, monitoring who did what so that everyone on the team is kept in on the loop.

The result

Customer service teams now have a branded, secure platform for their clients to visit. A place to find an answer to their questions, to see how a project is progressing, leave feedback or download and upload project files.
