Clean layouts, punchy typography, and a vibrant colour palette combine to create a consistent and contemporary digital identity that feels unmistakably Salt — global, confident, and people-first.
With a refined direction in place, we designed a bespoke WordPress theme to unify Salt’s worldwide teams and audiences under one roof. The new website creates clarity and confidence, striking a balance between illustrative imagery and structured layouts.
Multilingual functionality helps Salt to communicate with audiences across continents, and providing job seekers with a clear, intuitive experience regardless of their location, and helping them find jobs in their own region.

Under the hood, Salt’s previous setup — a network of separate country sites — made updates and content management cumbersome. We replaced this with a centralised WordPress site that’s flexible, scalable, and effortless to manage.
We also integrated Broadbean, the global leader in job distribution and recruitment advertising, enabling live job listings to feed directly into the site and applications to push back to the platform automatically. The system syncs across regions, allowing Salt’s global teams to work together from one site.
Our development team collaborated closely with Salt to migrate content from their regional sites, plan multilingual structures, and develop a CMS that offers full control without the complexity often associated with cheaper page builder plugins.
