We developed a bold visual direction that puts people at the heart of the experience. Strong typography, confident messaging and a bold colour palette give the website energy, while uncluttered layouts and considered use of imagery keep it professional and easy to navigate.

Website Design
With the visual direction established, we designed a bespoke recruitment website for Sphere’s two core audiences: businesses seeking exceptional talent and candidates seeking their next opportunity.
Clear journeys for Hire Talent and Find a Job run throughout the site, supported by dedicated content for Sphere’s services, specialisms and industries. This gives users multiple ways to explore the business without making the experience feel complicated.
From permanent and freelance recruitment to project delivery and executive search, the site provides Sphere with the flexibility to communicate the breadth of its offering while maintaining a consistent experience.
Job search was equally important. We designed the candidate journey to make discovering opportunities simple and intuitive, with clear job information, filtering, and account functionality that help candidates find, save, and apply for relevant roles.
The result is a website that feels confident and established while remaining fast-moving and people-focused — just like Sphere.
WordPress Development
Behind the design, we developed a bespoke WordPress theme that gives Sphere’s team the flexibility to manage a large and constantly evolving recruitment platform.
Reusable content components allow the team to create and manage pages across services, industries, specialisms, insights and locations while maintaining consistency throughout the site. Rather than relying on restrictive off-the-shelf page builders, the CMS gives Sphere control over its content without compromising the design.
Recruitment functionality sits at the heart of the build, bringing live vacancies to the website from a Broadbean feed and creating a seamless journey from discovering a role to applying. Candidate account functionality also allows users to register, log in and save opportunities, helping turn the website into a practical recruitment tool rather than simply a showcase for the business.
We also created the site to support Sphere’s international presence, providing tailored experiences for its UK, US, South Africa, and European audiences on a single scalable platform.
